I was running it as admin the first go - I copied it to c:\ this time I get failed when just doing information:

Embedding one ScriptUI into another ScriptUI - #include? (AE ExtendScript)

Hi! I'm trying to combine two ScriptUIs. I have one main "dock" UI panel for users, and I have another ScriptUI that I'd like to embed in another tab of this main dock.

When I use #include or $evalFile, it opens the second UI in a separate panel. I'd like to have it directly in a tab of the main panel... not a separate tab.

 

I'd rather keep the scripts separate for easier updating for the future. The problem with the second UI opening in a separate panel is that this new panel is not dockable and can only be floating.

 

Has anybody been able to do this before?

Using AE 2019, Mac OSX Mojave.

I forgot to ask about so many other things. Lately Ive been reading other threads in which files that have embedded videos and rich media are crashingas well... specially when the original file was created using InDesign and later exported to PDF.

 

I tried to recreate a scenario in my computer that took me hours to figure out; the videos rich media addon tool was working fine but the problem was not updating the flash player plugin to the correct version of my OS.

 

Long story short, I have windows10 which is 64bit operating system. But ironically ot was not the 64 bit flash player plugin that worked; it was the 32bit version.

 

So, what I am trying to suggest (even if the prior example does not apply to your customer),  before doing any changes to folder permissions and networking settings, try this:

 

If there is a setting under EDIT -----> PREFERENCES, that tells Acrobat to open PDF files automatically; how about configuring it to open pdf documents in Reader Mode View only? And also how about  disabling that here and selecting the browser as default.

 

Then, is there a way in Internet Explorer that you can force the file to be downloaded first to a local folder first before it opens automatically in a browser tab?

 

I know that there is a setting in  mozilla and chrome engines-based browsers that you can have the browser to download the file as PDF instead of forcing it to display immediately in a browser tab.

 

Would this be convenient to try and see if it helps in any way?

Testing this on my local instance looks like this is working as designed. You need to go within the folder and use the "Select all" feature to publish all assets. Looks like folder publish[1] is only possible when using Brand portal/Creative cloud integration with AEM

Premiere does not use the GPU for basic rendering but for those things like color correction, Warp Stabilizer, resizing and scaling of media. As it gets to  those things working down the sequence, and needs/can use assistance from the GPU.

 

So if your clips don't have anything "on" them from that group the GPU will not be involved.

an und für sich finde ich nur ein englisches tutorial

da ich jedoch bereits eine website habe und leider nicht nochmal einprogrammieren will suche ich einen trainer der meine website mit mir auf einen guten stand bringt.

es geht auch darum das ich dreamweaver danach nutzen kann und den trainer bei fragen kontaktieren kann auch 3 Monate nach erfolgreichem umbau der site

It is only happening with the specific file. I was able to edit it with an older version of Premiere.  I am not experiencing it with any other files so I am now not that concerned.  If you would like to check it out here are the links to the files.  Thanks!!

Hi Fred,

 

That does not sound like a typical experience, let's make it right.

 

As there is no advance option in the Liquify panel in Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?

 

Could you try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps? Preferences in Photoshop

 

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes and actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Thanks for sharing the system info, it seems that you're using an older version of Photoshop, could you please try updating Photoshop to version 20.0.5 via the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if it helps with the issue?

The lumetri color doesn't work

HI everyone, I am new here. I'm using premiere pro CC 2019. When I make any changes on lumetri color, it does not show any changes either on the adjustment layer or clip directly. I've googled for the answer, many of them are solved by the "FX" button on the Program Monitor. It seems not work for me, can anyone help me please? thank you so much!

Hi,

you can implement an event driven script, with listens to Constants.FA_Note_PostOpenDoc/FA_Note_PostOpenBook.

You can register events with

 

Notification(Constants.FA_NotePostOpenDoc, true)

 

and listen to events with

 

function notify(note, object, sparam, iparam)

{

//your code

}

Then you start FM with FM-book/-document as first Parameter, do what you want to do, and close document an session again.

 

Side note: the FM EULA doesn't allow to fully automate stuff without user interaction. please check if EULA works with these scenarios.

Can Button Actions Export Field Data as FDF Locally?

I'm working in Acrobat DC trying to develop a PDF that users can fill in on Adobe Reader and then click a button to export the field data locally on their computer.

 

I'm able to create buttons that import from local .fdf files using the "Import form data" Action and directory shortcuts. However, when I try to export using the "Submit a form" Action, Acrobat automatically tries to convert the shortcut into a URL by changing the backward slashes into forward slashes.

 

Is there any viable solution? I don't want to use JavaScript, as I'm creating the file for Acrobat Reader users that may not want to enable JavaScript.
