Mylenium is correct, it is a blend. Different but similar font for the filed (It's a Nick Curtis font I used) and simply a different font for the Introducing text.

Create two versions of the text. Copy one and put it aside, color it 100% black.

 

Offset the top one above and to the right of the lower one. Look up blend in help, I used 37 steps. Lower one in the example above is white colored, top text is about 65% black. The blend will blend the white text to the nearly black text in however many steps (or the automatic steps if you choose that) so as to create the illusion of shadow. Now put the 100% black text on top and align it with the text at the top of the blend.

 

Then draw the other pieces and put on top of a gray eliptical filled rectangle, another rectangle that is only a line at about 40% black, etc., etc.
