Thanks @MwDesign: I was hoping that was not the case as you can see here the original Excel file contains 182 pages (Rows) with multabile names per "Row" and even if I was to manage to get them on to their own columns how could I make sure I end up with 182 pages of my merged file, which is what I need. Because every single row belongs to a specific postal zone and they cannot get mixed up. So what I mean is Row (1) all names and addresses need to be on a single page in indesign, then Row (2) all names and addresses need to be on the next page in the indesign document so short of me making either 182 single page indesign documents or 182 separate Excel files i really don't know what else to do.
