I have my photos and videos on an external hard drive. I just got a new computer. I have installed pse 12 on the new computer and have it on the old one. I want to move the photos/videops and catalog to the new computer, including hooking the same external hard drive up to the new pc.
I plan to use the back up and restore method to move the catalog, using a different external hard drive to move the backup. Where should I put the catalog when I restore? Do I need to do anything with the actual photos/videos on the external drive (other than make sure it gets the same drive letter on the new computer)?
