Aftereffects CC 2014 Error 5 - Tried everything

Hi recently installed Aftereffects cc 2014 through the creative cloud app, including premiere, photoshop and Muse. All those other programs worked fine, but Aftereffects kept producing the ERROR 5 message on load up.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled it, no luck

So I uninstalled all the adobe applications and creative app, and restarted, reinstalled JUST Aftereffects CC 2014, no joy

So I uninstalled it again, ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, and guess what, still no luck

So I am now turning to the forums to give me an idea or any idea of what to do.

Anyone else having this problem.

I am on Windows 7, installed on an SSD, have admin rights etc
