Wont let me sign in to start my premier pro cs6 trial.

I have recently downloaded premier pro cs6 and am in the process of installing it. Once i have accepted the terms and conditions after installing it, i am brought to a page which tells me that i am required to sign in to start my trial. Once i click the button on the bottom left corner that says "sign in" the button disappears and a loading icon comes up in its place. The only problem is that this loading icon has been there for hours and i am stuck on this page. (I do have an internet connection). -Sign in page is below.
