I'm losing the will to live. The Adobe support system seems to have completely fallen apart. The live chat doesn't work and the support phone number has been disconnected.
I need to consolidate 2 IDs into one or cancel the membership on one ID and put it on another. Nowhere can I do this without contacting support. None of the links for chat work and the phone numbers don't work, as I said.
Can someone please give me a number that works or a solution. Won't be long before I ring up the bank and tell them to stop all payments to Adobe from the card in order to stop paying.
Nightmare!!! How can a company of this size have such poor support systems in place?
