Its me back. other info.
So when i dont use Color tweak and Nvidia setting, i can obtain an uniform output by a trial codec named "x264pro".
The codec have an additionnal information/option about color : rec 709 and rec 601 how is the reason of the good interpreting of the file, i think.
This codec is 300 dollar and is was not really stable 3 bug for one file outputed.
I really search an another solution, i think the adobe's embeded codec must have this feature, how is present in many and many NLE, like avid media comp. etc.
So i dont think its an error in my workflow, it a "crappy" codec effect i think. (its dont change the interpretation of the codec player (16 235 or 0 255), but there is an uniform color management in the file, no longer two color management in the same)
