Unfortunately there is no option to swap platforms for that old of a version. Only the most recent version (CS6) has the option for platform swaps. The only way you might be able to use your Windows version on the Mac is to acquire a Windows emulator such as BootCamp so that you can install the software in a simulated Windows environment.
