I am trying to add bookmarks into my PDF file but i do not have any options to do this and do not have the left hand side bookmark tool.

I have looked up various discussion sites and it looks like If the file is not a tagged PDF when it is open the file has to be recreated and the settings need to be adjusted.

I cannot figure out how to recreate a document to allow for bookmarks.

Can anyone please help me????
