The installation log apepars ok. It could be something else causing the crash. We actually released a new version of Flash Player yesterday. If you haven't tried that version, you can try it and see if it fixes the crash. Aside from that, since this is on Windows XP, I second Jeromie's suggestion to upgrade the OS to a more recent version, especially since Microsoft no longer supports XP and doesn't release security updates for it.
