oh gosh, this is my first time on forum, sorry. Im saving my document just to the desktop. ive tried saving it as an ai doc, also pdf. oh wow I just tried to save as 'save to web' and it worked. and so does the other type of save now too. a miracle. thanks tho mate for your help. ill know better next time.
