My account has to be changed from UK to USA, which Adobe themselves are struggling to do. Hopefully be resolved soon. I knew I should not have done this whilst on holiday! It is not made clear at all when signing up what country you are signing up for but suppose it makes sense to default to where you are doing it. But before I signed up and looked at pricing I changed to US$ for the correct pricing but that choice is then ignored and you sign up and then locks you in to where you IP address is at that time. No changing after that! without Adobe's help. Ho hum...
